wiweb has two plans. Creating and publishing your site is free, with no card. You only pay if you want Grow: your own domain, your blog, more languages and your Google Business Profile from wiweb. Full prices are on Pricing.

Prices in US dollars. Annual: two months free — Grow, $90/year, which is $7.50/month. No commitment.
If you signed up from the United States, your account is in US dollars: you see and pay Grow at $9 a month or $90 a year. The currency is set when the account is created; older accounts stay in euros.
There are no credits and messages aren't counted. The AI has a fair monthly use, more generous on Grow. If you go past it one month, it tells you (“You've used a lot of AI this month”) with the day it's back, the 1st of the next month; meanwhile, you change your site by hand in My page.
Change plan#
- Open your account menu › Billing.
- Choose Monthly (selected to start with) or Annual (“2 months free”) and press the plan's button. If you don't pay yet: “Choose Grow · $9/month” (with Annual, “· $90/year”).
- The first time, card payment opens in a window, through Stripe. Tick “I've read and accept the Terms and Conditions, the Acceptable Use Policy and the Data Processing Agreement” and pay. You'll see “Payment confirmed. Your plan will be active in a few seconds.”
- If you already pay and switch from monthly to annual, the change is immediate and you're only charged the prorated difference.
We only accept cards. Stripe keeps your card details; we never see them.
If you choose Grow on Pricing before creating your account, you pay for it in the setup wizard, before we build your site (“Activate … and we'll build your site”). “I'd rather start for free” keeps you on Free, and you can upgrade from here whenever you like.
Invoices#
In Billing, the “Your plan” card shows your plan, when it renews, the price, and the next and last payment, with a direct link to the PDF invoice. All your invoices and past payments are in “Invoices and payments on Stripe”.
Invoices are made out to the details in Settings › Business: registered company name or your name, NIF (Spanish tax ID) and registered address. In Billing, “Billed to” shows which details they carry, with “View or change” to correct them (or “Add them” if there aren't any). Check your NIF is there: without it you can't claim the invoice as a business expense.
Cancel or go back to Free#
- In Billing, press “Invoices and payments on Stripe” (or “Back to Free”).
- In Stripe, cancel the subscription.
You won't be charged again. Until the end of the paid period, “Your plan” says “Cancelled” and “Ends on …”: you keep everything in your plan until that day. Your site stays live at yourbusiness.wiweb.me, free, whatever happens. When the subscription ends we email you, “Your … plan has ended”, and the paid parts stop working: your own domain is disconnected, “Made with wiweb” comes back, and the extra languages, the blog, the Monday check, the background video, the menu QR code, reading from a photo and your Google Business Profile from wiweb stop. Nothing on your site is deleted: extra languages are kept and come back if you upgrade again, and you reconnect the domain from Settings › Domain.
Just need a break? Write to us at soporte@wiweb.io before you cancel: we can park your site for a while.
Frequently asked questions#
Can I try Grow before paying? You can use everything in Free for as long as you like, with your site live. Grow is paid from day one, with no commitment: if it doesn't convince you, you cancel.
What happens if a payment fails? We email you, with a “Pay now” button, and Stripe tries again. Until it's paid, your account works as on Free: the extra languages pause and “Made with wiweb” comes back. Update your card in “Invoices and payments on Stripe”. If it can't be charged in the end, the plan ends.
I was on Pro. What happens now? Pro is no longer sold. If you had it, you already have everything in Grow, and your subscription moves to Grow ($9/month or $90/year) at an upcoming renewal, with no proration and nothing for you to do.
Is the domain included? Connecting it is included in Grow; the domain itself you buy wherever you like, and it's yours. See Connect your own domain.
