The latest from wiweb
What we’re adding to the app and to your site, newest first.
Connect your TikTok
TikTok is now open to everyone. In Settings › Social media, “Connect TikTok”: your site shows your profile, your followers and the covers of your latest videos in the TikTok widgets, and updates itself every day. Any TikTok account works, on every plan, the free one included. We only read your account: we never post anything to it.
Your blog, on your site
With Grow, your site has a blog. You write posts in “Blog” in the panel, with a photo, tags and their title and description for Google, and you see them exactly as they will appear before you publish. wi writes you a draft on any topic you ask for, using your business’s details and never publishing it by itself; if your site has several languages, it adapts each post into the others. Every post gets its own page on your site, goes into the sitemap for Google and the index for AI assistants and, if you add it, shows in the “Latest posts” widget on your home page.
Your Google Business Profile, inside wiweb
Connect your Google Business Profile in “Reviews” and your site shows your rating and reviews up to date. Its statistics come with it: how many times you appeared in Search and on Maps, how many people called you, opened your site or asked for directions, and which searches led them to you, with the change against the previous month. Every new review shows up in the panel and, on Pro, with the reply already written by wi: you read it, change it if you like and publish it on Google with one tap. Nothing goes out unless you press.
Templates: start with a site that’s already built
Eleven sample sites, from a links page to a portfolio, that you can open live before you choose. With “Start free with this one”, your site starts out with that design. If you already have one, copy a sentence, paste it into the AI on your page and the whole look changes; your text, photos and widgets stay.
More control over how your widgets look
In Style, a new block changes every widget at once: the background —a colour, a gradient or glass—, liquid glass, opacity, blur, shadow, border and corners, with sliders you see on your page as you move them. Since 2 October, the space between widgets too, and any widget can keep its usual colour when you change the others.
Grid: build your home page your way
A second home page layout alongside Hero: a grid where you place your photo with its headline and each widget wherever you like, at the size you like. Drag to move, pull a corner to resize. To skip the blank page, ten layouts that fill themselves with what your site already has, and two new widgets: “Text”, one big sentence, and “Number”, a figure with what it counts. On mobile, the grid sorts itself into two columns.
wiweb, now in English too
The dashboard, this website, the emails, the help centre and the blog, in Spanish and in English. Choose your language in the dashboard and everything reaches you in it, AI replies included.
Public launch
The first version, open to everyone: describe your business and AI builds your website. Everything above this line came after.
