In compliance with Article 10 of Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE, the Spanish Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce Act), the details of the owner of the websites wiweb.io, app.wiweb.io and wiweb.me are as follows:

“wiweb” is the trade name under which the owner provides the service. Until September 2026 the service was called “Nombrai”; while the change is being completed, some service emails may still be sent from addresses on the nombrai.com domain.

2. Purpose and scope

This Legal Notice governs access to and use of wiweb.io (public website), app.wiweb.io (customer dashboard) and wiweb.me (the domain under which our customers’ pages are published, on subdomains). Accessing these sites implies acceptance of its clauses. Contracting the service is governed by the Terms and Conditions.

The pages published on wiweb.me subdomains or on domains connected by customers belong to the respective customers (businesses, professionals or private individuals) who create them with the service; wiweb acts as a hosting service provider and does not review their content in advance. Notices about allegedly illegal content on those pages may be sent to soporte@wiweb.io, which acts as the single point of contact under Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (the Digital Services Act), in Spanish and English. See the Acceptable Use Policy.

3. Terms of use

Users undertake to use the sites appropriately and lawfully and, in particular, not to use them for unlawful purposes, not to introduce harmful content, not to attempt to access the data or systems of the owner or of its customers without authorisation, not to carry out automated extraction of content and not to reproduce content without authorisation.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

The content of wiweb.io and app.wiweb.io (texts, graphics, logos, software, templates, widgets, design and code) belongs to Stackslides S.L. or to third parties who have authorised its use, and is protected by intellectual and industrial property law. Any exploitation of it without express written authorisation is prohibited. The “wiweb” trade mark belongs to the owner and, as of this date, is not registered. The content of customers’ pages belongs to each customer (see clause 11 of the Terms and Conditions).

5. Liability

The owner does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of the sites and, to the extent permitted by law, shall not be liable for any damage arising from interruptions. Liability relating to the contracted service is governed by the Terms and Conditions.

6. Third-party links

Links to third-party sites do not imply any recommendation of, or relationship with, their owners; the owner accepts no responsibility for their content.

7. Data protection and cookies

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy. The use of cookies and similar technologies on each of the three sites is described in the Cookie Policy.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona, without prejudice to the jurisdiction to which consumers are entitled under mandatory law.
