Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 20 October 2026.
This English version is a translation provided for convenience only. The Spanish version is the only legally binding version and prevails in the event of any discrepancy. Read the Spanish version.
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the wiweb service (the “Service”), owned by Stackslides S.L., with its registered office at Musitu 47, 08023 Barcelona (Spain) (“wiweb”, “we”). By creating an account, the Customer accepts these Terms together with the Acceptable Use Policy, the Data Processing Agreement, the Privacy Policy and the Legal Notice, which form an integral part of the contract. When taking out a paid plan, the Customer accepts them again, expressly, by ticking the corresponding box; we keep a record of that acceptance (which version, who and when).
1. The Service
wiweb is a platform for creating, hosting and maintaining a simple web page, made up of widgets (opening hours, Google rating, services and prices, map, links, contact and others) on a designed template, with editing assisted by artificial intelligence from the app.wiweb.io dashboard. Depending on the plan, the Service adds a custom domain, additional pages, more languages, a periodic analysis, with its report, of how the business appears in Google, and the proposal or application of improvements. The page is published on a wiweb.me subdomain derived from the name of the business or, on the plans that include it, on a domain belonging to the Customer.
The Service is not an online shop or a booking system: it does not include a shopping cart, third-party payments or appointment management. The Customer may link to or embed a third-party booking tool that they already use, under that third party’s terms.
Connected social networks. If the Customer connects their Instagram account from their dashboard, or enters the address of their YouTube channel, wiweb shows data from those accounts on their page—profile, followers and latest posts or videos—obtained through Meta’s Instagram API and the YouTube API Services, with read-only permissions and without publishing anything on their behalf. By using these features, the Customer also accepts the YouTube Terms of Service and Meta’s terms applicable to their Instagram account; the Google Privacy Policy applies to the data read from YouTube. The Customer may disconnect the account or remove the channel address at any time, and wiweb will stop displaying the data and delete them in accordance with the Privacy Policy. The availability of these features depends on the source platforms; their interruption for reasons attributable to those platforms does not give rise to any right to compensation.
2. Who may contract
The Service is aimed mainly at businesses, professionals and organisations acting in the course of their business or professional activity, who declare that they are contracting in that capacity and that their activity is genuine and lawful. An individual may use the Service for a personal page with no economic activity (a CV, a portfolio without prices, a links page). If they take out a paid plan as a consumer, consumer protection rules also apply, including the right of withdrawal in clause 8. The Customer must be of legal age.
3. Account and formation of the contract
To use the Service, the Customer must create an account with a valid email address (or with a Google account) and truthful information, and keep it up to date. The Customer is responsible for keeping their credentials safe and for all activity carried out from their account. Each account may have one page.
The contract for the Free plan is concluded when the account is created. The contract for a paid plan is concluded upon confirmation of payment by Stripe; until then, the account remains on the Free plan.
4. Plans, prices and taxes
There are two plans. Both include the full widget library.
- Free (€0). A website published on a wiweb.me subdomain with all its pages: the home page, services, FAQ, gallery and contact with a form, whose messages arrive in the “Messages” inbox and by email, plus any pages the Customer adds; with a choice of design and colours, automatically generated legal texts, visitor analytics and one language. It carries the “Made with wiweb” badge in the footer (clause 10). It does not include a custom domain, a blog or presence analysis. No card required and no expiry.
- Grow. Everything above, plus: the Customer’s own domain; the option to remove the “Made with wiweb” badge; a blog; up to three languages; management of their Google Business Profile from wiweb (review replies, updates, opening hours and details, always with their approval); and reading prices and opening hours from a photo. It does not include periodic analysis of search presence, which is not offered on any plan at present.
The prices in force are those published at wiweb.io/en/pricing at the time of contracting, in euros and excluding indirect taxes; any VAT that may apply will be added to the invoice in accordance with the regulations in force. The annual subscription is equivalent to ten monthly payments (two months free). We may change prices by giving at least 30 days’ notice by email; the new price will apply from the next billing period, and the Customer may cancel before it takes effect. The AI features have no counters or credits: they may be used without limit within reasonable use (Acceptable Use Policy).
5. Payments, renewal and non-payment
Payments are processed by Stripe, by card only; wiweb does not store or have access to full card details. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period (monthly or annual) unless cancelled beforehand. By providing a payment method, the Customer declares that they are authorised to use it. Invoices are issued and made available through Stripe.
If a payment fails, Stripe will retry it over the following days and we will notify the Customer. While the non-payment continues, the account works as on the Free plan: the page remains published on its wiweb.me subdomain, but the custom domain stops responding, the additional pages and the blog are no longer displayed and the analyses are paused. Everything is kept and becomes available again once payment is brought up to date. If the retries are exhausted, Stripe cancels the subscription and the account stays on the Free plan until the Customer subscribes again.
6. Refund of the first payment
If it is the first time the Customer pays for a plan and they ask us by email within 30 days of that first payment, we will refund the full amount, no questions asked. This refund is granted only once per Customer and does not apply to renewals. It is a voluntary guarantee offered by wiweb, which is in addition to, and does not replace, the right of withdrawal that the law grants to consumers (clause 8).
7. Term, cancellation, pause and deletion
Plans have no minimum term. The Customer may cancel a paid plan at any time from Settings → Billing (“Back to Free”); cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for and does not entitle the Customer to a refund of amounts already accrued, except as provided in clauses 6 and 8. At the end of the period, the account moves to the Free plan: the page remains published on its wiweb.me subdomain with the “Made with wiweb” badge, the custom domain is disconnected, and the additional pages, the blog and the analyses are no longer available, although their content is kept and reappears if the Customer subscribes again.
If the Customer would prefer their page to stop being shown for a while without losing it, they can ask us by email: we will unpublish it and keep all its content until they want to publish it again.
The Customer can delete their page or their account from Settings. From that moment, the page is no longer shown and all its content is blocked and inaccessible for 90 days, during which the Customer may write to soporte@wiweb.io asking us to recover it or to provide an export of its content (texts, images and messages received) in a structured, commonly used format. Once the 90 days have elapsed, we will permanently delete the page, its files and its copies, without prejudice to any blocked retention required by law. Deleting the account does not in itself cancel a paid subscription: the Customer must cancel it beforehand or ask us to do so.
8. Consumers: right of withdrawal
If the Customer takes out a paid plan as a consumer (an individual acting outside their business or professional activity), they have 14 calendar days from the date of contracting to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason, by notifying hola@wiweb.io with an unequivocal statement, for which they may use the model form in the annex. We will refund everything paid, using the same means of payment, no later than 14 days from the day we receive the notification. The Customer agrees that the Service will start to be provided immediately, without waiting for the withdrawal period to end; since in practice clause 6 already covers the whole period, we will not deduct the proportionate amount for the service already enjoyed.
9. Domains
wiweb.me subdomains are owned by wiweb; the Customer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the subdomain assigned to them for as long as their account exists. We may change the assigned subdomain for technical or acceptable-use reasons, giving reasonable advance notice.
wiweb does not register or sell domains. On the Grow plan, the Customer can connect a domain they already own; we tell them the DNS configuration required, and we issue and renew the security certificate. The domain is and will remain the Customer’s, and the Customer is responsible for its registration and renewal and for holding the necessary rights over it. On leaving a paid plan, the domain is disconnected and the page responds again on its wiweb.me subdomain.
10. The “Made with wiweb” badge
Every published page carries a “Made with wiweb” mention in its footer, with a link to wiweb.io. On the Free plan it is mandatory and is the consideration for the free hosting. On the Grow plans, the Customer can remove it from Settings.
11. Content and intellectual property
The content that the Customer provides or approves (texts, images, logos, trade marks, business data) belongs to the Customer, who grants wiweb a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, technically adapt and communicate it to the public to the extent necessary to provide the Service, including sending it to the AI providers described in the Privacy Policy. Stock photographs that the Customer chooses through the Service are used under their provider’s licence (Pexels). The platform, the code, the templates, the widgets, the design of the system and the “wiweb” brand belong to wiweb or its licensors; the contract does not transfer any rights over them to the Customer.
12. Artificial intelligence and improvements
The Service proposes texts, stock images, adjustments and improvements generated with the help of artificial intelligence and of our analyses. No content proposal—new texts, blog posts, replies to reviews—is published without the Customer’s approval. On the plans that include it, wiweb may itself apply the technical improvements that the analysis detects (speed, structure, data for search engines and AI assistants, widget corrections); each change is recorded in the page’s History, set out in the report and can be undone from the dashboard.
Once approved and published, the content is considered the Customer’s content for all purposes, and the Customer is responsible for its accuracy and lawfulness. wiweb does not guarantee the accuracy of the drafts generated, nor that texts generated with AI are protected by copyright in the Customer’s favour.
13. Customer’s obligations
The Customer represents and warrants that:
- they hold the necessary rights over all the materials they provide;
- the information published about their business or about themselves is truthful, including the identification details (company name, tax ID (NIF), address) that the Service shows in the page’s footer and uses in its legal texts;
- their use of the Service complies with applicable law and with these Terms;
- they will review the legal texts of their own page (privacy policy, cookie policy and identification details), which the Service generates automatically from what the page actually does and keeps up to date as an aid, but whose final adequacy is the responsibility of the Customer as the owner of the page;
- they will maintain a valid email address to receive the messages from their form and the Service’s notices.
14. Prohibited use
The Customer may not use the Service to publish content that:
- (a) impersonates another person, company, brand or public authority;
- (b) requests third parties’ login credentials, bank details, card numbers or identity documents;
- (c) distributes or links to malicious software;
- (d) infringes third-party rights or applicable law; or
- (e) does not correspond to a genuine activity of the Customer (their business, their profession or their own personal page) or presents as their own an activity, an establishment or a review that is not.
The Acceptable Use Policy develops this clause and forms an integral part of these Terms.
15. Suspension
wiweb may suspend the publication of a page immediately and without prior notice where there are reasonable indications of prohibited use under the previous clause, or where keeping the page online puts at risk the security or reputation of the shared infrastructure of wiweb or of other customers. Before publication, an automatic check may hold the publication back pending a manual review.
wiweb will inform the Customer of the reason for the suspension and of the means of challenging it, by email to the address associated with their account, without undue delay.
If the suspension is due to prohibited use attributable to the Customer, fees already paid will not be refunded. If the suspension is found to have been unfounded, the service will be restored and, on paid plans, the period of unavailability will be compensated by extending the subscription for an equivalent period.
16. Termination for breach
Repeated or particularly serious prohibited use will entitle wiweb to terminate the contract and close the account with immediate effect, without prejudice to retaining the data needed to respond to requests from the competent authorities.
17. Notice of illegal content
Any person or entity may notify us of allegedly illegal content on a page hosted by wiweb by writing to soporte@wiweb.io, stating: the exact URL of the content, an explanation of the reasons why it is considered illegal, their name and email address (except in cases where anonymous notice is permitted), and a statement of good faith about the accuracy of the information provided. We will handle notices diligently and in a non-arbitrary manner, and we will inform both the person who submitted the notice and the affected Customer of the decision taken and the reasons for it, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (the Digital Services Act). That address also acts as the single point of contact for authorities and recipients of the service (in Spanish and English).
18. Service level, backups and results
wiweb provides the Service with the diligence of a good professional and strives for maximum availability, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or any specific percentage: the Service depends on third-party infrastructure providers and may require maintenance. Each page keeps a change history and copies of previous versions that allow it to be restored. wiweb does not guarantee specific rankings or results in Google, in AI assistants or in any other search engine: their answers vary over time and depend on factors beyond our control, so the scores in the reports are a measurement taken at a given moment, not a promise.
19. Support
Support is provided from the Help section of the dashboard and by email (hola@wiweb.io and soporte@wiweb.io), in Spanish and English, on working days and with no commitment on response times. It does not include calls or meetings. Migrating an existing page to the Service, where we offer it, is done manually, free of charge and subject to availability.
20. Data protection
There are two levels of personal data processing:
- the Customer’s data (account, content, billing, support), for which wiweb is the data controller under the Privacy Policy;
- the data of visitors to the Customer’s page (form messages, visit statistics), for which the Customer is the data controller and wiweb the data processor under the Data Processing Agreement (Art. 28 GDPR), which is accepted together with these Terms.
21. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, wiweb’s total liability arising from the contract is limited to the amounts actually paid by the Customer in the three months prior to the event giving rise to it and, for free accounts, to €50. wiweb shall not be liable for loss of profits, loss of business or opportunities, or indirect damage; nor for loss of data beyond what can be restored from the latest available copy; nor for content published by the Customer or for the legal texts of their page that the Customer has not reviewed. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited (including for wilful misconduct or gross negligence) or the rights that the law grants to consumers.
22. Changes to the Terms
We may change these Terms by notifying the Customer by email at least 30 days in advance. If the Customer does not agree, they may cancel or delete their account before the effective date; use of the Service after that date implies acceptance of the new Terms. Changes required by law or that do not harm the Customer may apply immediately. The version in force is identified by the “last updated” date on this page.
23. General provisions
Neither party shall be liable for any failure to perform caused by force majeure. The Customer may not assign the contract without wiweb’s consent; wiweb may assign it to an entity in its group or in the event of a business succession, notifying the Customer. If any clause is declared null and void, the remaining clauses shall remain valid. Notices shall be given by email to the addresses designated by each party. The contract is concluded in Spanish.
24. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply to them. If the Customer is a consumer, the courts of the consumer’s domicile shall have jurisdiction.
