This policy forms part of the Terms and Conditions of wiweb (Stackslides S.L.) and applies to all pages created and hosted with the Service, on any plan, both on wiweb.me subdomains and on customers’ own domains.
1. Prohibited use
The Customer may not use the Service to publish content that:
- (a) impersonates another person, company, brand or public authority;
- (b) requests third parties’ login credentials, bank details, card numbers or identity documents;
- (c) distributes or links to malicious software;
- (d) infringes third-party rights or applicable law;
- (e) does not correspond to a genuine activity of the Customer (their business, their profession or their own personal page), or presents as their own an activity, an establishment or a review that is not; or
- (f) constitutes or links to fraudulent schemes, unauthorised gambling or investments, or sexually explicit content.
Nor may the Service be used to send unsolicited communications (spam), to circumvent security measures, to create accounts or pages in an automated or bulk manner, or for any activity that puts at risk the shared infrastructure of wiweb or that of other customers. The artificial intelligence features may be used without limit within reasonable use: use that is automated or disproportionate in relation to a real page may be limited.
2. Review on publication
Before publishing, the Service runs an automatic check for risk signals (for example, requests for bank details or impersonation). When such signals appear, publication may be held back pending a manual review, of which the Customer is informed by email.
3. Suspension
wiweb may suspend the publication of a page immediately and without prior notice where there are reasonable indications of prohibited use under clause 1, or where keeping the page online puts at risk the security or reputation of the shared infrastructure of wiweb or of other customers. A suspended page is no longer shown to visitors and cannot be published again until the suspension is lifted.
wiweb will inform the Customer of the reason for the suspension and of the means of challenging it, by email to the address associated with their account, without undue delay.
If the suspension is due to prohibited use attributable to the Customer, fees already paid will not be refunded. If the suspension is found to have been unfounded, the service will be restored and, on paid plans, the period of unavailability will be compensated by extending the subscription for an equivalent period.
4. Termination
Repeated or particularly serious prohibited use will entitle wiweb to terminate the contract and close the account with immediate effect, without prejudice to retaining the data needed to respond to requests from the competent authorities.
5. How to report abuse
If you believe that a page hosted by wiweb publishes illegal or fraudulent content (for example, impersonation or deceptive requests for data), write to us at soporte@wiweb.io stating the exact URL, the reasons, your name and contact email, and a statement of good faith about the accuracy of what you report. We handle all notices diligently and in a non-arbitrary manner in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (the Digital Services Act), and we inform both the person who submitted the notice and the owner of the affected page of the decision and the reasons for it. That same mailbox is the single point of contact for authorities and users (in Spanish and English).
